畢業於東吳大學心理學系,我在英語教學領域已有近十年的經驗。
過去曾於旅遊業、生技外商與非營利組織擔任專案經理,這些跨領域的歷練讓我深刻體會:語言的力量,不只在於溝通,更在於連結。
在長期與英語語言專業人才共事的過程中,我逐漸明白——「教學」才是我的天命。
因此,我投入研究各種能幫助學生與社會人士真正掌握英文的方法。
在能量與經驗逐漸累積後,我創立了 Gustav English Learning Centre(古斯塔夫英文學習中心),
致力於以自然、生動且貼近生活的方式,讓每位學習者都能在輕鬆中體驗英文的實用與樂趣。
同時,我也是身心靈文字平台 Lisa’s Talking 的創作者,
透過文字、夢境與靈感,探索人類潛意識的世界,邀請大家在日夜交替之間,學會覺察、感受與覺醒。

🖐️ Hello, I am Lisa, the founder of Gustav English Learning Centre!
I graduated from Soochow University with a degree in Psychology and have nearly a decade of experience in English education.
My earlier career in the tourism industry, foreign biotechnology companies, and non-profit organizations as a project manager has given me a broad understanding of communication across cultures and people.
Through years of working with English language professionals, I realized that teaching is my true calling.
I have devoted myself to studying methods that help both children and adults truly master English in meaningful, lasting ways.
With this experience and energy, I founded Gustav English Learning Centre,
a space dedicated to making English learning natural, engaging, and life-centered.
Beyond teaching, I am also the creator of Lisa’s Talking, a mind-body-spirit writing platform where I explore the unconscious world through words, dreams, and inspiration—
inviting readers to live with more awareness, presence, and gentle awakening in their daily lives.

受過去十年在英語教育及項目管理領域的豐富經驗啟發,我創辦了古斯塔夫英語學習中心,致力於讓英語學習更加互動與實用。我們的教學不僅限於語言本身,更鼓勵學生發展終身學習的熱情和批判性思維。
Inspired by a decade of diverse experiences in English education and project management, I founded Gustav English Learning Centre to revolutionize English learning. Our center prioritizes interactive, practical English that not only teaches the language but also instills a passion for lifelong learning and critical thinking among students of all ages.

October 2023 - Present

在Oikid的教學工作使我更深入了解全球英語學習者的需求,鞏固了我為學生創造引人入勝、個性化教學體驗的承諾,這些經驗是我在學習中心實施遠程教學的基石。
My role at Oikid deepened my understanding of the needs of English learners globally, reinforcing my commitment to creating engaging, tailored education experiences. This position solidified my approach to remote teaching, which is now a cornerstone of my own learning center's methodology.

透過這類非營利組織的工作,我得以在更大範圍內推動我們在教育的影響力,特別是在資源匱乏的社區進行教育項目。這些經驗更豐富我開設學習中心時的教育理念和方法。
Through this nonprofit work, I was able to extend the reach of education,
especially to children in underserved communities, helping them see a wider world through learning.
These experiences profoundly shaped my understanding of education and inspired the founding philosophy of
Gustav English Learning Centre:
that education is not merely about imparting knowledge, but about accompanying people on a journey to discover their own voice and sense of worth.

May 2022 - July 2023

在擔任國際專案經理期間,我帶領並協助跨文化團隊進行英語培訓與發展計畫,深刻體會到「清晰溝通」在教育與協作中的關鍵價值。
這段國際經驗不僅培養了我在多元文化環境中溝通與協調的能力,也啟發我在 Gustav English Learning Centre 的課程設計中,融入更有效、更具包容性的互動與溝通策略,讓每一位學習者都能自在表達、被真誠傾聽。
This international experience not only strengthened my ability to connect across cultures, but also inspired me to integrate more inclusive and effective communication strategies into the curriculum at
Gustav English Learning Centre—creating a learning environment where every student feels confident to express themselves and truly heard.

在台灣雷特氏症協會,我運用市場技能來推廣特殊教育和需要幫助的障礙者的各項支持項目,這不僅提高了弱勢族群雷特氏症的知名度的,更促進了社區的參與和支持,同時也更讓我理解如何真正經營與穩定學習中心,使我更有信心與確信成立學習中心是一項對的選擇。
Through the experiences at TRSA, I came to realize that education and communication share the same essence — true change begins when people are seen, heard, and understood.
This understanding became one of the core inspirations behind
Gustav English Learning Centre, strengthening my belief that education is not merely instruction, but a gentle and enduring force for transformation.

May 2019 - April 2020

心理系畢業的我,同時作為身障者的就業輔導員。
在那段時間裡,我為不同需求的學員設計並執行個別化的學習與輔導策略,協助他們發掘潛能、重建自信,並找到屬於自己的學習節奏與方向。
這份經驗讓我深刻理解,每個人都有自己的學習步調與表達方式。
如今在
Gustav English Learning Centre,這樣的理解成為我設計課程與引導學生的核心理念——讓每一位學習者都能被看見、被理解,並以自己的節奏成長。
With a background in Psychology, I also served as a Vocational Counselor for individuals with disabilities at various NGOs in Taiwan.
During this time, I designed and implemented personalized educational and training strategies tailored to each learner’s unique needs—helping them rediscover confidence, develop practical skills, and progress at their own pace.
This experience taught me that every learner carries a distinct rhythm and voice.
At
Gustav English Learning Centre, this belief forms the foundation of my teaching philosophy:
to create a supportive space where each student is seen, understood, and guided to grow in their own authentic way.

Gustav English Learning Centre,這些從「人」出發的溝通技巧,已成為我引導學生自信表達、自然學習的重要基石。
My early career in sales taught me the importance of engaging and persuasive communication, skills that are vital in teaching and have greatly influenced the development of my educational programs, ensuring they are both compelling and effective.
Now, these people-centered communication principles continue to guide my teaching, helping students express themselves with confidence, curiosity, and authenticity.
