Lisa Tai｜Founder & Lead Educator
Gustav English Learning Centre 創辦人，擁有超過十年英語教學與跨文化專案經驗。
結合心理學背景與多年企業及非營利組織工作歷練，Lisa 以自然、生活化、富啟發性的方式引導學生，幫助他們建立英文思維與自信表達，讓語言學習成為一段探索世界與自我的旅程。
Founder of Gustav English Learning Centre , Lisa has nearly a decade of experience in English education and cross-cultural project management.
With a background in psychology and a career spanning both corporate and nonprofit sectors,
she guides students through an engaging, life-centered approach to learning English—helping them build confidence, think critically, and find their authentic voice through language.
Martinique Ashworth (Tr. Marty)｜Senior English Educator
來自南非的 Martinique (Tr. Marty) 擁有 超過十六年的教學經驗，專精於兒童、青少年英語會話、發音訓練與文化交流指導。
她以熱情與幽默著稱，擅長讓學生在自然互動中建立語感與信心，讓學習過程不僅有效，更充滿樂趣與鼓勵。
Originally from South Africa, Martinique Ashworth(Tr. Marty) brings over 16 years of teaching experience, specializing in conversational English, pronunciation coaching, and cultural communication.
Known for her warmth and humor, she creates a relaxed learning atmosphere
where students naturally develop fluency, confidence, and joy in using English.
Kate Willmore (Tr. Kate) | Senior English Educator
Kate老師，擁有超過六年的教學經驗，背景橫跨教育、心理輔導與商業管理。她持有 DBT（辯證行為治療） 與 神經塑性生命教練 證照，擅長運用心理學專業協助學生跨越開口恐懼。
Kate 以極致的耐心與精準的洞察力著稱，無論是引導學習焦慮的孩子，或是協助成人重塑商務思維邏輯，她都能建立充滿支持感的環境，讓英語不只是工具，更是你看世界的眼睛。
Tr. Kate brings over 6 years of teaching experience with a unique background in Education and Psychological Counseling. As a certified DBT practitioner and Neuroplasticity Coach, she specializes in helping students overcome mental barriers and build authentic speaking confidence.
Known for her profound patience and insight, Kate empowers children to navigate learning anxieties and guides adults to master native-like logical thinking. In her classroom, students don't just learn English—they rediscover the joy and strength of their own voice.
Sinéad McD(Tr. Sinéad) | Senior English Educator
Tr. Sinead 畢業於南非開普敦大學，擁有英語文學及社會人類學雙學位。她具備純正英語口音，自大學畢業後即深耕英語教學領域，累積超過 6 年的 TEFL 與中高階文學家教經驗。Sinead 擅長引導中高年級學生進行深度閱讀與小說分析，並在語法強化、論文寫作與檢定準備上提供精準指導。她結合深厚的心理學與文學背景，能有效建立學生的閱讀自信與批判性思考能力，讓學生在道地的口語表達與學術寫作上皆能卓越成長。
Tr. Sinead holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature and Social Anthropology from the University of Cape Town.
A native speaker with over 6 years of experience in TEFL and specialized English tutoring, she has empowered students to excel in literature analysis, grammar, and academic writing since completing her degree. Her expertise lies in guiding middle and high school learners through complex poetry and novel studies while boosting exam performance. By integrating her background in psychology and creative writing, Sinead fosters a supportive environment that enhances critical thinking, reading confidence, and authentic real-world communication skills.
Judith Theddyana(Tr. Judith) | Online English Teacher
來自印尼的 Tr. Judith 是一位充滿熱忱且具備國際視野的英語教師 。她的教學足跡涵蓋 British Council 助教以及近三年的 OiKID 線上教學經驗，至今已累積指導過超過 500 位學生 。憑藉在印尼、台灣及日本三地的生活與留學體驗 ，Judith 擅長將真實的職場溝通與生活實境融入課程中。透過活潑且具支持性的互動式引導，她致力於幫助學員克服開口說英文的焦慮，並在日常應用中建立紮實的溝通自信 。
Tr. Judith, originally from Indonesia, is a dedicated English educator with a rich international perspective. Her professional journey includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the British Council and nearly three years of online teaching experience at OiKID, having mentored more than 500 students. Drawing from her extensive experience living and studying in Indonesia, Taiwan, and Japan, she excels at integrating real-world professional communication and practical life scenarios into her lessons. Through interactive and encouraging guidance, she helps learners overcome language anxiety and build lasting confidence in speaking English.
Janice Huang(Tr. Janice) | Senior English Teacher
Janice 老師自幼展現優異的語感，高中深耕語文資優班，大學則於全英授課環境奠定深厚的商用英語基礎。她曾赴美國加州大學交換，並取得澳洲昆士蘭大學碩士學位，擁有豐富的海外留學與在地生活經驗，使其能跳脫課本框架，引導學生運用「英文邏輯」進行思考與深度思辨。
除了卓越的英語能力，Janice 更持有 TCSOL 華語教學證照，憑藉雙語教學的跨向視野，她能精準解析學生在語言轉換間的困境。她深信語言是通往世界的門票，致力於幫助學生將英文內化並活用，讓學習不再是死背，而是事半功倍的自我成長。
Tr. Janice’s passion for languages began in a gifted language program. She later honed her professional expertise in an all-English International Business program before heading abroad. With experience as an exchange student at UC California and earning her Master’s degree from the University of Queensland, Australia, Janice has mastered the art of "thinking in English" through years of academic debate and cross-cultural collaboration.
Holding a TCSOL certificate (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages), Janice possesses a unique bilingual teaching perspective that allows her to navigate the challenges students face when switching between languages. She views language as a powerful tool to unlock the world. Her mission is to help students internalize English naturally, empowering them to communicate with confidence and global-minded logic.
黃昱禎(Tr. Kiki）｜Senior Japanese Educator
黃昱禎老師（Tr. Kiki）擁有豐富的英日文教學經驗，同時 具備 JLPT N1 認證 與深厚的語言教學背景。
她的課堂以親切與細膩著稱，擅長以比較式教學幫助學生理解語言邏輯，讓學習者在溫柔引導中自然吸收並靈活運用外語。
Huang Yu-Chen (Tr. Kiki) is an experienced bilingual educator in English and Japanese,
holding JLPT N1 certification and extensive teaching expertise.
Her classes are known for their warmth and precision,
using comparative and intuitive methods to help learners understand language structures
and apply them with confidence and natural ease.
